Bruce Springsteen opens his show in Atlanta with "Reason To Believe" followed by "Out In The Street". I seriously doubt this pair has even been, uh, paired. Springsteen has dealt with these types of things for about 30 years now, but I'm not sure any artist could come up with a better two-song portrait of life's fundamental existential hurdle along with the fundamental desire to not let it drive you batshit crazy.
